HMS Awarded $10 mill SANDAG JOC job order contract for OCS, Rail and Signal projects. Work includes, turnout, tie, and track work. Overhead contact wire repairs, and modifications and upgrades to track signaling equipment

HMS Awarded $8.9 mill SANDAG project to re-conductor the San Diego  Trolley Blue Line. Project includes 48 cast in place foundations, 170,000 ft of 350 MCM contact Wire, New poles, duct banks, Traction Power Cables, and OCS re-configuring.

HMS Awarded $2.0 mill Tripler Army Medical Center Electrical deficiencies upgrade. Project includes arc flash studies, replacing and coordinating distribution panels

HMS Awarded $4.5 mill Tripler Army Medical Center Power Plant Upgrade project. Project includes installation of a 5 MVA 4160V substation.  HMS will be removing existing 5 Megawatt  substation

HMS Awarded $3 mill Tripler Army Medical Center MOtor Control Center Replacement. Project included replacing every MCC in the facility, installing a power management software addition, and fiber optic network

HMS Awarded $6.8 mill Hickam AFB Oahu, HI. Medium Voltage distribution upgrade. Duct banks, Manholes, 20 Sectionalizing Switches, 20 Transformers, 45,00 lf of 3-500 MCM 15 kv Concentric cables.


December 2008


HMS Awarded $2.7 mill William Beaumont Army Medical Center Power Plant Upgrade project. Project includes installation of 3-750 Kilowatt  generators,  paralleling  Gear, Communications and software system. HMS will be constructing a new generator CMU building

HMS Awarded $2.7 Million Dollar Caltrans project. Project includes installing 33 microwave detector locations on various San Diego freeways.


August 2006

HMS/WCG Joint Venture Awarded contract for Bay to Park Phase II a $12 Million Dollar project to construct complete improvements on Park Blvd from G St to C St and through the Smart Corner development. Project includes trolley track work, paving, landscaping, electrical, traction power, and catenary.

HMS Awarded additional 200 Mile Fiber Optic System at US Army Fort Irwin. Project includes Cable Plowing HDPE duct, Hand holes, Electrical Conduits, and Fiber Cable Total contract $22 mil

October 2003

HMS completes the 3,000 foot Final leg of their second crossing of Pearl Harbor. The 5,100-foot crossing is complete.


August 2003

HMS completes the 2,000 foot primary leg of their second crossing of Pearl Harbor. The 5,100-foot crossing will be complete after the final 3,000 foot 30 inch HDPE bore is pulled in toward the first week of September 2003.


August 2003

HMS completes the first Horizontal Injection Wells under the active runways of the Portland Air National Guard Base. The wells are performing above expectations and the project is a huge success. Stay tuned for HMS experts to continue development in this application.
